About the Team

The Global Supply Chain team secures reliable, sustainable and cost-effective parts from suppliers worldwide. Together with Design, Industrial Engineering, Finance and Logistics we optimize sourcing, cost and supply risk.

Your Responsibilities

• Track and analyze supplier performance, purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Create reports and dashboards on supply-chain KPIs
• Collect quotes, research suppliers and benchmark costs
• Coordinate shortage measures with internal stakeholders
• Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations
• Document and standardize scalable processes

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Supply-Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or related
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, confident in Excel/Google Sheets
• High learning aptitude and interest in global procurement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational talent with attention to detail

Additional Information

• Full-time, on-site internship in South San Francisco or Dallas
• Period: May/June – August 2026
• Compensation: $38–42/hour plus housing stipend, overtime pay and relocation support
• Limited to three applications within 30 days
